MEN – 315 POUNDS FOR REPS
WOMEN – 225 POUNDS FOR REPS
Competitors perform as many deadlifts reps as they can. No more than 10 seconds between reps.
Form is traditional or sumo style deadlifts. Must touch the floor, must lock out.
Bar must always be on control. Dropping the bar will lead to disqualification.
Chalk is permitted. Straps and gloves are not permitted.
All judges’ counts and decisions are final.
Male & Female Classes. No weight or age classes.
